The Faculty of Geosciences Engineering (FICT) at ESPOL received a visit from students enrolled in the PAE 2026 Intensive Preparatory Course (CNC), who are aspiring to study mining engineering.
The visit served as an opportunity for academic and vocational exploration, allowing students to learn more about the degree program and its professional prospects. Thanks to the coordination efforts of the Mining Engineering degree at the Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral (ESPOL), personalized assistance has been implemented with the aim of supporting students and strengthening their educational process during this preparatory course stage in ESPOL Admissions.
During their visit, the applicants held discussions with the Dean and Vice Dean of FICT, as well as with the program coordinator and a recent Mining Engineering graduate, creating an encounter that symbolizes the institution's commitment to the past, present, and future of Mining Engineering.
