FICT's Mining Engineering Program Promotes Continuous Improvement of Its Academic Offerings

The Mining Engineering program at the Faculty of Geosciences Engineering (FICT) of the Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral (ESPOL) held a working meeting on March 17, 2026, with the aim of analyzing strategic issues related to its undergraduate and graduate academic offerings.

The meeting focused on the continuous improvement of the program, addressing key aspects for strengthening academic programs, updating content, and identifying new educational opportunities aligned with the demands of the mining sector and the professional environment.

The meeting was attended by the Mining Engineering program coordinators and their team, who contributed their academic and technical expertise to identify opportunities for improvement and define actions aimed at enhancing educational quality. Among the attendees were the engineers:
