FICT Launches Platform for Tracking International Academic Mobility

Digital Management of Academic Mobility to Strengthen Internationalization

The Faculty of Geosciences Engineering (FICT) held an in-person presentation on the international academic mobility registration platform on Friday, May 8, in the school’s conference room. The session took place from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and was aimed at strengthening institutional processes related to academic internationalization.

The event was led by FICT’s Academic Mobility Coordinator, who presented how the platform works and its main applications for recording mobility activities. During the session, operational aspects and key guidelines for its use were discussed, with the aim of ensuring proper information handling and facilitating the management of these processes.

As a result of the session, agreements were established regarding the process for registering international academic mobility within the faculty. These developments contribute to more efficient and coordinated management, strengthening ties with international networks and promoting opportunities for international academic mobility for FICT faculty, students, and administrative staff.

The implementation of digital tools in these processes reinforces FICT’s commitment to continuous improvement and internationalization, aligning with the institutional goals of strengthening academic cooperation on a global level.
